Right to Life Groups Endorse Local Candidate
Pro-Life Wisconsin announced its endorsement of Howard Miller, candidate for the 57th Assembly district today. Wisconsin Right to Life also gave its endorsement of Miller on July 8th.
“I have always been pro-life, and I’m pleased to receive the endorsements from Wisconsin Right to Life and Pro-Life Wisconsin,” Miller says.
As a father of three sons and a grandfather of three, Miller believes that life begins at conception and society has an obligation to protect its citizens.
“I will support state policies that respect and protect the rights due to human life,” concludes Miller.
Incumbent Penny Bernard Schaber is the current representative of the 57th Assembly district comprising most of Appleton and one ward in Little Chute.

Appleton Resident Announces Candidacy for 57th State Assembly Seat
Small business owner will run as Republican
Republican Howard Miller announces his candidacy to represent the residents of the 57th Assembly District.
Miller is challenging incumbent Democrat Penny Bernard Schaber.
Miller is running because, as a small businessman and grandfather, he is outraged by out of control government. “Our current representative doesn’t get it. Her actions have increased the burden on my business and my family – and on businesses and families throughout our district.”
Miller graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Before founding Master Machine Solutions in 1998, he worked with Giddings & Lewis and Kimberly-Clark.
Adam Keller, a long-time business associate, sees Miller’s passion: “Howard Miller will bring to Wisconsin the same conservative fiscal principles he has practiced all the years I’ve known him.”
Miller is a fourth-generation Wisconsinite. He lives with Myra, his wife of 35 years, in their Appleton home. His three sons and their families all live in the Fox Cities.
